Terry Clune, C.E.O, Managing Director
Terry is the founder, owner and C.E.O/Managing Director of taxback.com and its subsidiary and affiliated companies. A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Terry formulated the taxback.com business concept while working in Germany as a student and has been the innovator and driver of the Group to its present global market leader position.

In 2009 Terry was named Entrepreneur of the Year in Ireland.

Fidelma McGuirk, Director of Operations
Fidelma joined taxback.com in 2000 to set up the company's processing centre in Varna, Bulgaria, which today employs over 360 staff. Since then she has led the establishment of the Group's wholly-owned international infrastructure of client service call centres. Fidelma is now Director of Sales, Marketing and Operations in taxback.com

Previously Fidelma worked with Eircom as Recruitment Manager. Fidelma holds an M.Litt. in Business and a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies and German from Trinity College, Dublin.

Barry Dowling, Director
Barry has been with taxback.com since 2001 when he moved to Australia to open the Group's Australian branch in Sydney. Barry returned to Ireland in 2002 and was instrumental in setting up the company's corporate VAT return business in Ireland and the UK. He has been a major driver in the development of the Group's cutting-edge online technology and now manages the Group's international payments services and Visa First company.

Barry has a Masters (MBS) in marketing from Dublin City University.

Niamh Gunn, Director
Niamh joined taxback.com in 2004 to develop, manage and drive the commercial aspect of the VAT division. Since then she has established strategic alliances with key partners including Barclaycard, VISA Europe, the Informa Group and 3GSM.

Before joining taxback.com, Niamh worked in numerous commercial and legal positions in London, New York, Australia and Asia with organisations including Hobsons Plc, the Daily Mail Group, the O'Rourke Reid Law Firm and the Innocence Project New York.

Niamh is a qualified solicitor with a Bachelor Degree in Law from the University College Cork and a Postgraduate in Business Administration from the University of Limerick. She is a member of the Law Society of Ireland qualified solicitors.

Sinead Fitzmaurice ACA, Chief Financial Officer
Sinead joined taxback.com in 2005 as the finance director of Transfermate, before becoming the Group's Chief Financial Officer. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, having trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Ireland in 1996.

Prior to joining taxback.com, Sinead held the position of Group Financial Controller with Venner International SA and was instrumental in assisting with that group's Initial Public Offering of its distribution group LMA^TM on the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2005. She had previously worked as a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
