Tax Refunds for Gambling Income, Grants, Prizes and Awards

Taxback.com provides specialised US tax return and tax refund services for non-US citizens with income from gambling winnings, grants, prizes and awards from the US.
Everyone who receives income from gambling, grants, prizes or awards in the US including online gambling and is not a US citizen will pay 30 percent tax on their winnings. However, if you are a resident of one of the following countries, you can claim a full tax rebate of these taxes under international tax treaty laws:
Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Russian Federation, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.
Most gambling institutions and organisations awarding prizes and grants are not aware of these tax treaties and so apply the 30% tax rate to all winners. This 30% tax will also be taken from your earnings if you do not have a US Social Security Number (SSN) or an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
Taxback.com can file a US tax return for you and claim a tax refund of all your gambling taxes and taxes on grants, prizes and awards. We can also organise an ITIN for you if you do not already have one.
